Does any beach in Sentosa Island in Singapore allow swimming after 7pm?
No, they do not. There are only three beaches on Sentosa (Tanjong, Palawan, Siloso) and they're all managed by the Sentosa Development Corporation with the same rules.

It is possible for hotels and events at Sentosa to issue their guests QR codes that grant free entry to Sentosa by car or monorail, see "I have a QR code" in the Sentosa FAQ.
