Prague (Czech: *Praha*), the capital and largest city of the Czech Republic. On the Vltava river in the north-west of the country.

Prague (Czech: Praha) is the capital and largest city of the Czech Republic and fourteenth-largest city in the European Union. The city is home to many attractions and historical monuments including the Prague Castle, the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. Since 1992 the extensive historic centre of Prague has been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.
