Reapplying for a UK Standard Visitor visa after a refusal under article 320 (7a) (Deception)
Also regarding the 5 years on your record thing, that cannot be right as it happened in 2010 and they still had it on record. Please can you source that for me?

No paperwork was ever sent, so she assumed it was more of a let off, clearly not. I have spoken to a few lawyers and they are reasonably optimistic, but unfortunately not in time for this trip.

Hi everyone, thanks for the comments. First of all, she was not called in for an interview as we are in Colombia, it was a call. The ECO did speak Spanish, but not perfectly, so I think some things may have got lost in translation. The main reason that the caution was not mentioned in the application is that it was not made clear to her at the time. The translator told them that they were free to go, and it would not affect the state of their current visa. Also that the would NOT have a criminal record.

Hi, Thanks for your response. So, basically it is not an impossible task to reapply and have it granted, correct? What would constitute a "significant change of circumstance". Would you suggest speaking to an immigration lawyer just for advise or to handle the case entirely. Time is of the essence and we need to get things sorted pretty quickly
