I'm a software developer for NetCracker company. We build a huge, no, a HUGE, GIGANTIC enterprise application. Sometimes it's boring, but just sometimes it's very exciting. I know quite a bit about Java and a handful from here and there: sh, SQL, PL/SQL, html, javascript, etc. I'm a Linux user --- just a user, mind you. Though I adore and use quite extensively TeX, and from time to time --- emacs/vim editors, I also like my GUI.

Also I have a PhD in physics (diffractive optics/optical trapping and manipulation). So I'm also interested in image processing, ray tracing, FDTD, T-matrix and what not.
