- Yes, you were supposed to, but at least at land borders, they often don't give a damn. However, if you ask for it, I'm sure they would give it (I always use a Swedish ID card there, so don't have experience with this)
- Usually you'll be OK, because like I said many (most?) land border officials don't give a damn. If you do get a strict official, simply explain when you entered and that you did not get a stamp, and you will be fine (you might get an exit stamp even if having no entry stamp)
