I'm currently in the UK on a tourist visa for the maximum time of 6 months and I have been in the UK since May and will be returning to the United States in November. Before I leave I would like to Visit France as it is so close, and I would be hoping to do this around 2 weeks before my flight leaves the UK to return to the states, my plan is to drive to France with a few of my friends who are British citizens so we would be using the Ferry more than likely. I'm just wondering whether there will be an issue getting back into the UK after I leave for a few days?
