I had this question in my mind for a while and I still haven't found a reason for this. Maybe you could help me explaining me how this works.
First of all, I'm I'm notnot a terrorist or a drug courier if you could think so.
Starting fromin June 2012, I began flying from Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport (FCO)
to Falcone–Borsellino Airport (PMO)
for personal reasons and everytime I did. Each flight was a round trip, so I leavedwould leave FCO
and return to Rome a few days later I returned to Rome. I didn't flyThis wasn't only during the weekend,on weekends - in fact, I think that in those two years I flew during every day of the week and every time of the day since I was always looking for the best flight fare and for this. For the same reason, I also booked on many different airlines, from the low-cost ones (Ryanair, easyJet, Vueling) to the standard ones (Alitalia and Meridiana).
WhenWhenever I arrived toat FCO
and/oror PMO
I always saw the policemen and their drug dogs but not even once I was blocked and/or asked for a simple and fast check of the baggage or myself, I. I always walked past them and exited the airport without problems.
So my question is: why?
Didn't the policemen ever suspect me for all those round trips? Or won'tdon't they check passengers like, for example, they do on the streets when they stopsstop random vehicles?
This seems a bit all strange to me.
