Anyone know if i have driving ban in czech with my czech driving licence and now i live in uk and need to exchange driving licence for uk licence will i get uk full driving licence or will i not get uk driving because of driving ban in czech

I have a driving ban in the Czech Republic. Now I live in the UK and need to exchange my driving licence for a UK licence. Will I get a full UK driving licence or not, because of my driving ban in the Czech Republic?
