I have a newbie question

I have greyhound tickets from Toronto,ON to NYC First stop is at Buffalo NY I have individual tickets for each leg of trip EG Toronto - Buffalo Buffalo - Syracuse etc Question is can i board bus at Buffalo rather then Toronto as it turns out it works better with our trip plans. Tried to contact Greyhound but they are closed till Monday

I have individual tickets for each leg of trip (e.g. Toronto–Buffalo, Buffalo - Syracuse etc.).

My question is: Can I board the bus at Buffalo rather than at Toronto, as it turns out that works better with our trip plans?

(I Tried to contact Greyhound, but they are closed until Monday)
