I have a newbie question

I have greyhound tickets from Toronto,ON to NYC
First stop is at Buffalo NY
I have individual tickets for each leg of trip EG Toronto - Buffalo 
Buffalo - Syracuse etc 
Question is can i board bus at Buffalo rather then Toronto as it turns out it works better with our trip plans.
Tried to contact Greyhound but they are closed till Monday
