@Max I get where you're coming from, but I just want to go to a restaurant and eat. I've found an online Michelin guide, but it's not very easy to simply peruse. There's no "main ingredient" index and each restaurant's description is hidden behind a link. gm.gnavi.co.jp/restaurant/list/tokyo
What is your question? Are you asking if there is going to be some sort of problem? How to update the information to include the child's details? Something else?
@Mehrdad I can't speak for Thailand, but in Cambodia, many tourist attractions have protectionist pricing schemes where foreigners pay "full price" but locals pay (almost) nothing. just speculation, but maybe something similar is happening in Doc's example. Also, there could be some sort of reciprocation agreement with another country--you might not get info on the passenger's nationality just from their ticket.
