Can't speak for Basque Country, but I did a cycling trip in Rioja (just south of B.C.) which almost exclusively followed quiet roads. The route was provided by a local company.

If you can find the exact model of the TV, you could try to find a picture of the back side online, or look in the user manual. A problem might be that the type number is usually on the back side too...

So you have tickets from Shinagawa to Fuji and from Fuji to Kyoto for the same train? What exactly is the problem? At Kyoto you get out of the train and leave the station.
