I was there in late August and it did not feel crowded at all. Camping grounds or restaurants had ample space. Just a single anecdote though, so I'm posting as a comment rather than an answer.
Except for when there is a special green arrow - then you have the right turn on red again. And sticking to the rightmost lane except for overtaking is taken more seriously.
For Lufthansa flights you can drop off the luggage at a special counter near the train station. Still, 9 minutes is probably too little even under these circumstances.
TSA is not about documentation, TSA is about prohibited items. Is your question really about TSA in special or rather about identification needed throughout the flight process, i.e. at checkin, at the gate, at arrival, ...?
@Sebastian That would be relevant only the other way around: if the first train was a regional train, you could take any earlier one with better chances of catching the long-distance train afterwards, even with no delays announced yet. If your train is already late, it doesn't matter whether the next one is regional or long-distance: you are allowed to take any train that gets you to your destination.
