Why is public transport from/to the airport so expensive?

I've taken the bus to the airport a few times when visiting friends. I think it cost $1.

Paying by credit card while overseas cheaper in US dollars or in the local currency?

FYI, this same thing applies with paypal. If for some reason you're paying something in euros, you should have your credit card do the conversation, not paypal

OK we're all adults here, so really, how on earth should I use a squat toilet?

I've got to ask.. How could you possibly have issues with the sitting toilet? No disrespect, I just can't seem to figure it out.
