I am stateless person but i am resident of Uzbekistan. I am going to visit Bulgaria in 16 august this year. Unfortunately, there is no direct flight to Bolgaria. Thus I have to fly through the Istambul. In this connection do I need Turkey transit visa if I will stay only in Turkish International Airports for my next connecting flights no more than 3 hours? If yes how long will consider my deal? and how can speed up getting transit visa? Can I get visa in Airoport? How much it will be cost?
