I am an American in UK on tourist visa wanting to marry British fiance. We did not plan on marriage on this trip but now considering, thus I did not get the Marriage Visitor Visa. Terms prohibit marriage as a tourist in Britain but does that include in UK territory Gibraltar? I don't want to have an issue in future returning to UK. Thanks!
