Mar 26, 2017 at 18:56 | comment | added | JonathanReez♦ | @Dorothy If I remember correctly people on the No Fly list are not allowed to fly over the US. So the answer will be different
Mar 26, 2017 at 18:55 | comment | added | Giorgio | @JonathanReez agree, yes NateEldredge offered such a great answer.
Mar 26, 2017 at 18:02 | comment | added | JonathanReez♦ | @Dorothy same answer (probably), but different question

Mar 25, 2017 at 21:26 | comment | added | Robert Columbia | One question to consider is whether the reason that you are banned from the USA is one that Mexico or the DR recognizes as a reason to ban you from their country.
Mar 25, 2017 at 21:24 | comment | added | Robert Columbia | Do you have any specific reason to suspect that you are on the No Fly List? If you are banned from the USA due to a criminal conviction, a prior overstay, or lying to immigration officials, it is unlikely you would be added to the No Fly List just for that.
Mar 25, 2017 at 20:52 | comment | added | Dwayne Hamilton | How do I find that out?
Mar 25, 2017 at 20:48 | comment | added | DJClayworth | That's assuming that you are not also on the No Fly list.

Mar 25, 2017 at 20:29 | comment | added | Dwayne Hamilton | So that is not 100% yes . how can I find out for sure?
Mar 25, 2017 at 19:21 | comment | added | phoog | Yes. You're banned from passing through immigration control, but not through the country's airspace. It really must be a direct flight, though. You can't have a stopover at a US airport. This is a comment because I could not find an authoritative source to support a proper answer.
