I assumed the terror warning in the Israeli government advice was related to that but there is a good chance I might be wrong. I preferred to error on the safe side and not tarnish an area. | |

"Israeli" Includes Palestinian Muslims, atheists, Jews who have converted to other religions, etc. Anyway, I think it would probably be wise indeed for OP to be a bit careful in Kashmir if he's wearing a kippah, etc. | |
