I am an Australian citizen.

My United Kingdom  (UK) Youth Mobility Visa  (YMV) ended late July 2016 and I left on the correct date.

I am now in the Republic of Ireland  (ROI) on a 90 day visa. This visa will end late October 2016 and I will leave on that date.

I wanted to go from ROI to the UK for 7seven days (as I understand, courtesy of this board - that I am legally allowed to do). I then wanted to fly to another destination and spend 2two months there.

Ideally, I'd love to go back to the UK for private medical care, to obtain business tax lodgement advice and close ofoff my personal HRMCHMRC tax too. However as I'm told, I just have 7seven days - which wouldn't be enough for that list.

From what I read here, after being on the YMV, one has to be particularly careful in how they approach re-entry to the UK. Being mindful to have evidence of intention of visit that satifies immigrationsatisfies Immigration and noteablynotably, to not try to re-enter too soon.

While iI have no foul intentions of overstaying, and never have in any country in my past, I do have genuine reasons for a return request, but fear getting a visa application rejected.

So, I thought, if I travelled to asiaAsia for 2two months, perhaps after 5-6 months had passed, I would be permitted re-entry to the UK?

Would iI be better off not going to the UK for 7seven days at all, and waiting the full 5-6months6 months and doing a visa application? Or or, is it okay to re-enter just for 7seven days and leave again?

Or is that 7seven days counted as a new time-start, cancelling the 3three months I've been out of the UK?

Any guidance would be appreciated here. Thank you.

Should I skip UK altogether and wait 6 months before re-entry?
