Best way to pay in Poland when I have eurosEuros?

I have both cash and credit card in euros ,Euros but Poland uses zloty.

What's the best way to go around and buy things in Poland? Exchanging euros, exchanging Euro currency or paying with my debit card (swedbankSwedbank), or something else?

Please ask questions if needed... I just want to lose as little money as possible to the exchange charges. :-)
