Jul 9, 2017 at 8:15 comment added Pont @BurhanKhalid I don't know of any publicly released statistics about how people pay for these, but I'd guess that it's most common to buy the ticket at the station from a machine, and pay with cash or an EC payment card. If you buy in advance over the Internet, you can pay by direct debit, which amounts to "just bill me, and then help yourself from my bank account", but there's no option to receive an invoice which you pay yourself.
