No dice - this was at YYZ and under no circumstances would they let me come through and meet her. So don't assume this is something that can be done. | |

The elderly one implies it but doesn't state it specifically, I'll admit, but I suspect it's permitted too, under some situations (ie not internationally arriving flights). | |
