Naturally, whenWhile planning a voyageto sail the open seas and visiting other countries, I'm also planningI have decided to take a weaponpersonal firearm. My question is this: can I expect to have my boat searched by a nations customs every time I enter another country's port? Can I declare that I haveOwning and carrying a weapon thatpersonal firearm is locked away, unloaded, not accessible, etclegal in my home state. or do they not care because it's illegal acrossWhat would be the board? How thorough canproper procedures upon entering ports around the world. Could I expect a searchmy firearm to be confiscated permanently? Could I hide my gun well and be certain they will only doTemporarily? Would having a cursory search, or can I expect them to pull up seat cushions, open cabinets, and/or even bring dogs on boardlockable firearm safe aboard be acceptable?
