Jan 2, 2014 at 12:36 comment added LessPop_MoreFizz It's also important to note that possession of marijuana is still a federal crime, and that that law is still applicable in Colorado. The Department of Justice has indicated that they'll turn a blind eye for the time being, but until the conflict between federal law and the new state regs is resolved, they will be on shaky footing - especially every 4 or 8 years when the White House changes hands.
