It took all of the first year to get Google to admit that the first phone they sold me was defective. And when I lost the replacement, the service was still limited to their models. They acknowledged my termination notice, yet still sucked money from my bank for three more months. I hope that customer service has greatly improved. Even so, don't forget that it is operated by one of NSA's biggest competitors. | |
