There the problem seems to be capacity rather than time available for transferring the bags. Also, if the incoming flight is delayed so much that the connecting passengers have to rush, the chance of the bags missing the flight rises dramatically. But indeed I have had many short connections where my bags did make it, to my surprise. | |
