In other countries a set of spare lamps and fuses is I think required, Germany requires winter tyres in winter which are illegal in some countries at least in certain months, etc. etc. | |

The chances of you being caught driving in Belgium without a fire extinguisher are slim, but foreigner did get tickets for not having it on board. | |
