My mother is currently in Canada on Super Visa and has been granted for stay upto 2 years  .My brother who is doing his masters in USA has his convocation and me and mother want to attend the same,We have all the necessary documents for the convocation event from him...but I have been reading that the rejection rate is quite high when you are not applying from your home country...

  Is that true for SUper Visa as well..because she has been granted for a stay upto 2 years on this entry in Canada and we don't want her to go to India only for applying USA Visa..

So..I am a little confused,because I do want her to travel with me to US for the convocation but also don't want any Visa rejections on her passport...Please help...

I have been reading that the visa rejection rate is quite high when you are not applying from your home country. Is that true for Canada super visa holders as well? She has been granted for a stay for just to apply for a US visa.
