I am an Iranian Citizen with Iranian Passport which have PR (Permanent residency Card of Hungary). I have some question if you answer my below questions 1- Can I travel to none Schengen countries like Romania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Serbia & .. which are not in Schengen area? 2- my children, can they study in other European country? 3- can I travel to UK only with Iranian Passport and PR card of Hungary?
