@Willeke Not really a joke, many (rich) Russians live or visit Baden-Baden, some restaurants have menus in both languages and if you look vaguely as if you might be Russian it can happen that you are addressed in this language (happened to me in he Fabergé museum)

Don't worry about not speaking German in Baden-Baden, on the other hand Russian would be very helpful there :)
