I have been a traveler since I was very young and my lower income parents believed it was more important for us to travel than to have a nice house or car. And often bills were unpaid so we could go on a new adventure. My siblings and I have kept up the tradition. IL'll never go everyplace I want to, but I can't see myself abandoning the quest. My favorite mode of transportation and I have ridden 600,000 safe miles in every state in the U.S. Mexico, all Canadian Provinces and some of the territories.I bought my first BMW motorcycle while living in Rome and have ridden almost all the countries of Europe. Then there was Tunisia, Algeria, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Botswana, Swaziland, and Zambia. I'm a college professor so I have a little more flex time than people in other professions.
