Riyadh Airport: Terminal 4 to 2
According to the information desk here at the airport, it is not possible to go from terminal 4 to 2 or 1. It is only possible to move between terminal 3 and 4.

I called RUH and the agent there said that I could transfer from T4 to T2 without requiring a VISA.
Would still love to hear from someone who has actually been inside RUH!

As far as I know, there is no way to transit airside between terminals at Riyadh airport, except between terminals 3 and 4.
