America The Beautiful Annual Pass can be owned/signed by "two pass owners that do not have to be related or married".
That is why there are a lot of valid passes with only one signature on eBay.
Selling it is another issue, probably more problematic but let's assume I've obtained such pass for free. So please don't focus on eBay part, unless you want to point me practical differences in those scenarios:
- I bought it on eBay
- I got it from a stranger neighbor whom I've helped with keeping the cat
- I've got it from my father who decided that he won't go to the USA the second time this year and I can take it.
- I'm about to sign a pass that my wife bought 1h earlier while I was in the swimming pool
The question is: Are there any obstacles in just signing it and going for a trip? (what non-transferable really means?)
