Got Arrival stamp ink on my photo front side on USA F1 Visa . Is that okay? At Mumbai airport when I arrived from USA the immigration officer stamped on the opp page of my USA VISA and closed the passport and gave it to me. Later, I realized that the ink in on my face (picture of mine) like some dots on my one eye and some below my eyes (some dots) Some dots on my face picture on the US visa. Will that cause issue at the port of entry in the USA? or is this normal and the Immigration Officers are aware of this? Should I be worried? I am travelling in 20 days to the USA.

1It is not your fault. Do not try to clean it (else it would seems you are tampering it). You may have extra checks (but I think mostly on non-immigration checks, e.g. police).– Giacomo CatenazziCommented Aug 12 at 7:27

What do you mean by extra checks? Can you explain please?– user160029Commented Aug 12 at 12:41

The officers will check if the visa was tempered, so it may take some more time. Outside immigration, police may need to do few calls to be sure visa was not tampered (but it may happen anyway: they do not have expertise on such kind of things).– Giacomo CatenazziCommented Aug 12 at 12:52
