In my passport, there is no a defined slot for first name and surname. Names are written up to the 3rd grandfather, like this:

Name: Nadin Ahmed Joe Ali Morsy

I used Nadin as my first name and "Ahmed Joe Ali Morsy" as the last name in my videx application, travel insurance and else. Except for my hotel and flight bookings, I used first name: Nadin and last: Morsy.

Will this cause my a problem?

"In my passport, there is no a defined slot for first name and surname": there is in the machine readable zone. You should see two << characters instead of one to separate your surname(s) from your given name(s).

It could potentially cause confusion, as some systems may require a clear and complete first and last names. If possible, it may be helpful to include all the names listed in the passport in the appropriate fields when booking.
