This question already has an answer here:

I am a Afghanistan citizen. Back in 2016, I went to India with a study visa and overstayed for some months. It was my fault but exact I don't know .

So i applied in 2018 for a visa, at kabul , and they refused my visa and blacklisted my passport, writing some system not process. Now I am not able to get an Indian study visa .

How I can remove my passport from the blacklist and get a new Indian study visa?

Applying again for a visa after two years our overstay? I think you should wait 5 to 10 years. You have a high level of risk for India (because recent overstay, and you are still a student, so same situation). I do not know India, but often this is a red flag which you cannot remove in so short time. – Giacomo Catenazzi Mar 12 at 18:33
