Back in 2004, I was refused F2A visa. Stamp was not done in passport from the consulate and no documentary evidences were provided. Will it be a problem for Irish student visa processing ? I have mentioned about this during the application in June 2018.

Does the previous visa refusal matter after 14 years ?
