Jul 25 '16 at 20:04 comment added Dean MacGregor You've asserted that Ryanair's ToS is similar to other airlines but a quick check of United Airlines (the first one I thought of) terms of service doesn't have a pass through for government fines and it specifies that the return fair will be equal to whatever it was when the original flight was booked. Can you cite which other airlines have these provisions? Given that Ryanair has a nasty reputation for customer service i'd be inclined to guess that these terms aren't all that similar to other airlines.
