However, I was reading this on the US Embassy in the UK website that ESTA for British citizen is only required if entering the US via air or sea. (uk.usembassy.gov/visas/non-immigrant-visa-faqs/esta). Does it mean there is a levy for not getting ESTA and just use a passport under the Visa Waiver Programme? | |
