Not a duplicate, but travel.stackexchange.com/questions/16427/… is also very relevant to this question

comment Easier to travel on a Swiss passport than American?
According to the list in the question above, US is actually better than Swiss - but of course it depends on what countries you're travelling to, what you intend to do there, and how long you intend to stay - which will vary for each individual traveler.

comment Cancel a Hotel Room After Checking in Online
@CGCampbell Hilton allows you to check-in the day before arriving, so the act of checking in online doesn't directly flag the room as occupied.

comment Tight international connection at Atlanta?
Ohh.. and based on those same criteria they were obviously on the 10:05pm flight you mentioned, so they were on the last flight out of the day as I said in my answer...

Most US airlines will NOT pay for hotels/meals/etc unless the cause of the mis-connect is their fault. If the delay is due to weather/etc then you're on your own.

comment Tight international connection at Atlanta?
Although the question asker didn't mention airlines, the only flights that matched their criteria on the date was a Delta flight connecting to another Delta flight. Both were available as VS codeshare, but were Delta and thus would have left from the main terminals. (In fact, they arrived into A11, and departed from B7)

comment Is it safe to travel to Dubai if you're an atheist?
The Saudi Arabia application form (or at least, the several I've done) actually have a fill-in box for religion, not a drop-down.

What are you trying to achieve? Just both passengers on the same flight? Or are you trying to get a cheaper fare for her? Or something else?

comment Travel on expired I-94. Is return on automatic revalidation possible?
Automatic Revalidation is a process that is used when the VISA has expired, but the I-94 is still valid. That said, this question really belongs on Expats rather than here as it regarding re-entering the US on a work visa.

comment Only one hour for changing flight from Victoria BC to SFO to LHR
@BurhanKhalid Technically when you drop your bags (and they are scanned) you are checking them in again. They will have been tagged all the way though, but when they are returned to you in SFO the airline will record that they no longer have possession of the bag, and it's not until they re-scan them that they become "checked bags" again.
