comment ANA non-stop flight from BOM to NRT
I believe it was an all-business-class config when it first started (similar to what SQ used to run from Singapore to LAX/JFK with their all-business A350's), however it now has about a dozen economy seats in it too.

comment Should I get travel insurance for a trip booked as a mileage award?
It probably would have helped to mention that you are flying United. Cancel fee (presuming no status) is $200/person.

comment Check in time for layover at Sydney airport
You can't see the security/immigration areas before leaving the airport. They are in a completely sealed off area.

comment How often can a U.S. passport holder exit/enter Morocco?
Three is no "in the U.S. one can leave and re-enter 3 times in a row" rule. This is, at best, a dangerous myth.

comment What happens if my middle name is my last name on my airline ticket?
This likely WILL be a problem. If your middle name is the in last name field then the TSA "Secure Flight" data is wrong. Call JetBlue and get it fixed. If it's still within 24 hours then you can probably just cancel the ticket and reboot it which might be easier.

comment 90 Day rule on the US Visa Waiver Program not expiring if you go to Canada
I94W are still used for (some) land arrivals, however the original poster was arriving by air. In your case you elected to keep the I94W so your time will not reset - you could have just as readily returned it and ended your stay.

comment 1.5 hour layover long enough?
90 minutes is plenty in FRA. I did a similar transfer a few days ago, and could have made it in under 30 if I had to.

comment Can I skip my train leg booked with a KLM flight?
This question is not specifically about the Thalys service - it's about the KLM "flight" that codeshares with Thalys rail services. When traveling on a KLM ticket you DO need to check-in, and this is also where you receive your train ticket. See klm.com/travel/gb_en/plan_and_book/ticket_information/… for where to do this.
