It really depends on your standards. If you want to stay in cheap hotels/hostels, not eating out all the time and be careful with your travel expenses, 78 euros a day are enough for most countries in your list. Expect maybe Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. These countries are really expensive!

In my answer I described the book I have at home that fulfills more or less your requirement. But I personally would also be interested in a website or something like this, where I can enter some information like, I want to do a lot of sightseeing, a little bis of adventure, spent 1000$, want to stay for 2 weeks, reach it in 2 hours from Switzerland. And then get a recommendation of feasible destinations.
