comment Is it normal to have something added to the bill in a restaurant in Italy?
@user1187008 maybe Italy is an exception, but even there it worked for me in some cases. But in Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Bosnia, Serbia, and Poland it worked all the time.

comment Low cost airlines search engine?
Hmm, for example itasoftware.com also lists budget airlines. Why are you looking for a search engine only for budget airlines?

It is common practice in Southern and South-Eastern Europe. So if you don't want to pay for that just don't touch the bread. In a lot of cases this will suffice.

comment Can I pay with Swiss Franc bills that are cut into pieces?
Thanks. So I just tried it this morning. I had a 10 Francs bill that was cut into 4 pieces of almost equal size. So when I went to Coop this morning to buy a croissant and a coke I just gave these 4 pieces to the cashier. She then took a tape to fix the bill. She didn't even say anything to me. So it seems to be really no problem.

I'm talking about 4 pieces of more or less equal size.
