I am one of the Drupal core maintainers. I was also one of the senior programmers / architects of a Top 100 website built on top of Drupal 7 and MongoDB. These days I work on Drupal 8, making it compatible with MongoDB and creating a migrate path from Drupal 6 and 7.

comment How to spot fake reviews on TripAdvisor?
Out of ink might be harder to spot as there might not be an easily visible warning of ink running out and also ink can be expensive. OTOH, being out of quarters for the laundry machines reminds me of "Broken windows theory" -- if you don't even care about something as basic as having a spare roll of quarters ($10 for forty quarters) from your bank what else do you not care about? I, as an individual usually take five rolls from my bank for laundry and then I don't need to care for months.

comment New Zealand visa longer stay?
I plan to (in a few years) buy an apartment somewhere (so far Israel and New Zealand are candidates) and winter out there. That's why I am asking; I have seen the website the "you may request a duration of stay longer than 90 days" was unclear and I still don't see that anywhere on the site.

comment Why is public transport from/to the airport so expensive?
In Vancouver, the SkyTrain Canada Line is a curious beast: if you have a pass or buy 10 tickets at 7/11 at the airport, it's cheap but if you just buy a single ticket at the machine, now that's $5 extra. See yvr.ca/en/getting-to-from-yvr/public-transportation.aspx here.
