comment Is there a chart comparing airports in London and the south-east?
I've decided to compile my own data on this which I'll share soon; I've seen charts comparing airports around the world and I'm specifically talking about airports in proximity to London. Most of the time, airports are actually nice places to be.

comment Prepaid nano SIM for an unlocked iPhone in Malta?
At the airport, I was able to go to the Vodafone shop and get a nano SIM for an iPhone 6. The girl at the shop even set it up for me. Spent 20 euros, 10 for 1GB data the other 10 for anything else.

comment Will TfL's plan to close all Tube ticket offices affect (US) tourists?
In addition, If you're not comfortable carrying around a contactless card and happen to own an iPhone, you can also use Apple Pay if your bank supports it. Though bear in mind that your battery could be dead before you reach your destination to touch out.

comment Does Mastercard or American Express have more worldwide acceptance?
I think it also depends by city as well as by country. In London, Amex is accepted about 60-70% of places I visited. In Geneva, nearly every establishment accepted Amex.

comment Why do you need to take out your laptop from your bag during airport security checks?
The bit about iPads being exempt may not be true anymore. When I was at London Heathrow in November, one person was required to place their iPad outside of their bag.

comment Taxis from Heathrow with a lot of luggage
Personally, I wouldn't take a cab, they're the most expensive in the world.
