The best Keralan spices Being some one from Kerala, I thought to add some comments so that it can help someone who travels in future. Dried Red-pepper (chilli pepper) is used for cooking in kerala, that must be the reason it is listed. Black Pepper would be good and cheap in certain places in Kerala where they grow it (mainly hill districts). Well dried black pepper and white pepper should not get damaged by moisture quickly. |
