comment I live in the United States and I want to drive to Winnipeg Canada
I once spent 4 days in Winnipeg in July (I know people), but for vacation it is horrible. I saw the interesting parts in two days.

comment Where is a good landmark to meet a friend in Tallinn, Estonia?
I am not sur if a busy area is the most obvious choice. Why not pick him up at the airport or meet him at the place where you stay?

I have indeed seen some people do this on the Autobahn, but probably this is not the most common use.

comment Flashing headlights on Autobahn
@Paul I think there is a huge difference between highway with two lanes and three lanes. They are probably a bit less crowded, but that makes it more dangerous with higher velocities, and higher speed differences within a lane. I can imagine that the flashing headlight are more common there, but I have no evidence.

I think you better consult your local doctor or other expert than trying to seek medical advice online.

comment Round trip in Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with a car and a tent
The port of Rotterdam is not easily done by car. There are boat tours of course. But you are ride. Exploring the country-side with the car makes lots of sense. Do not forget to mention the Deltawerken in Zeeland.
