comment What did this road sign mean? (Germany; red circle and X on a blue background, with a right-pointing arrow.)
That means it's forbidden to stop or park, from the point you see the signal. Since it's an intersection and it has an arrow it means it's forbidden to stop or park to the right or left, depending on the arrow.

comment Why do (a lot of) people book airline ticket through agencies?
@Calchas I read that before, but... everything depends on the size of the business, not?

@reirab I can't tell either. I find cheaper tickets often in on line travel agents. I assume they must earn something. Not that long ago I knew a travel agent in Europe that simply bought tickets in advance since they could sell them later, when the overall prices raised, cheaper but still with good profit margins. I don't know the details though. I know this market changed a lot on the business model.

comment Where to find ferry flights and empty leg flights?
@GayotFow for now I am looking to know more about it. When I do I can evaluate if these fit any purpose to me or not. In principle they would be for Europe, but not necessarily. The price of something is different from its value. Cheap / expensive are relative depending on departure or destination and time you have.

@Gagravarr yes, but I was expecting for someone to have another sugestion. The ferrys that I saw charge around 42euro both ways and 40 for one way tickets. Maybe there are other companies, maybe there are sailors looking for a crew. Maybe there are some LCC that I didnt find,
