Extending an expiring I-94W, land based entry to US I was not in the US so "exit the US at a convenient place before it expires" was not an option. However, as it turns out, the situation was a non-issue. It was clear to the CBP officer that I wasn't trying to "game the system". I just got a new I94W. |
