Java server side technologies are fine, but I am always having fun when designing and developing great user interfaces and 2D or 3D visualization tools. Used a wide range of UI technologies like:
- desktop - Java Swing, SWT
- mobile - Android
- web - GWT, ExtGWT, ExtJS, jQueryUI
I always enjoyed writing charting, graphing, visualization tools using:
- Graphics2D in Java Swing
- Android canvas for developing one of the top open-source charting libraries: AChartEngine
- HTML5 canvas
- Three.js
