comment Where in the world can you tour a live nuclear reactor?
Another such one is at Faculty of Nuclear Science in Prague, Czech Republic. However, I wouldn't say it "gives tours", it does, but moreorless only for local high schools.

comment What are these double prices on voyages-sncf.com?
Needed to say, sometimes the green one is almost same as the red one, sometimes even cheaper. Don't be surprised: it can happen that 1st class is cheaper than 2nd class in TGV network.

comment Talking Roissy Bus from Place Charles de Gaulle Etoile to CDG Terminal 2
+1: Metro 2 to La Chapelle and then RER B to Aeroport CDG is probably the best option. Or one can take RER A one station to Auber/Opera and then RoissyBus.

comment What is the actual (not official) size of the Ryanair “baggage sizer”?
@MarkMayo Ah sorry for not responding, pal. Unfortunately not, they don't have it at PRG and they fly from T3 at CDG while I was at T2D :-/

Frying in 2 days, if I see the box anywhere, I can try to measure it.

comment How do EU citizens claim healthcare bills in the Netherlands with the EHIC?
So: I phoned to Agis yet when in the Netherlands, and I sent them the bills and my IBAN. This week, the money arrived, and they reimboursed both the GP visit and the medication. Yay! :)

@Ansari Ok, thanks. I wasn't aware of this distinction.

comment Tripod in Carry-on Luggage
@jpatokal Having friends amongst photographers, I tell you it's no fun when two drunk photographers start fighting with their tripods. Certainly a tripod is more dangerous than a mid-size Victorinox knive, but we all know that the air-travel security is a non-sense as it is, don't we?

comment Why do emergency oxygen systems on passenger planes have a bag that doesn't inflate?
@SantaC. The fact that a question is on-topic elsewhere doesn't mean it should be migrated there, as long as it's not off-topic here.

comment Sell a pair of blue jeans and live like a king for a week: Still possible in Europe?
It's fuuny how 12.3K in @hippietrail 's comment got deprecated now quite :) Still, the fact that Mark deserves all of this is entirely true :)

What @M.K. says. Moreover, here in former Czechoslovakia, you had special currency that was used to buy luxury (yes, jeans were luxury back then), and the curculation of this currency was even strangier than the one of the standard Krown.

Sounds unreliable, but: Ask someone else on the train? (Just an idea, maybe bad.)

comment Is yellow fever vaccine needed to travel to Europe?
Needed to say: The absence of border control on entering Greece or Malta doesn't mean you can legally enter, it only means that nobody is going to verify it. (The feeling I got from the answer is sort-of "you need not care", which is not 100% true.)

comment Hiking rucksack with a rollmat hanging out - will it survive as checked in luggage?
+1 for a garbage bag. Another option is the foiling; you pay for it, but it's probably worth it. They manage to pack in the foil basically whatever you bring there.

comment Is checkmytrip.com overloaded? Is there an alternative?
@Ivan seatguru seems to provide the crucial information, thanks a lot. Still, I would prefer a site with more information in one place, but nevermind.

comment Benefits of checking in online when checking bags
@BrianNixon I know a person who is quite brave and sort-of "knows what to do". He told me that by checking in at the right time and being assertive, he managed to get a class up even in cases where he would not be chosen otherwise. I don't know how he does it and how often he succeeded, but it obviously is possible.

@Karlson Well, nothing else specific. But I like the website, it lists a lot of supplementary information: the weather conditions, links to weather forecasts, sometimes links to public transport directions etc.

comment How do EU citizens claim healthcare bills in the Netherlands with the EHIC?
Ok, so the number you provided is a cell-phone number which nobody answers. The web link in the answer is fine, but it's in Dutch, if I click English in the top left corner, it says "We're Sorry — An Unexpected Error Occurred" as you noted, but I don't see any PDF link on either NL or EN version. Now I think I'm lost, not knowing what can I do. Any ideas, please? :) PS: I tried to Google Translate the page, and it seems to be for Dutch pension people living abroad and returning to the Netherlands, not for any people living abroad and coming here...

comment What harm can be done with a copy of one's passport?
Needed to say, with Dropbox, i.e. collaborative file-sharing system, having an SMS double-check is a bit of a non-sense :-/ However I agree, Dropbox is not the best place in the world to store sensitive data.
